Ongoing since October 2020

Planting Change Foundation's Seeds of Education project is strengthening youth participation in Drinking Water and Sanitation Committees (Comités de Agua Potable y Saneamiento, CAPS). CAPS are democratic community bodies that oversee water governance, including the distribution of drinking water and wastewater treatment to 1.5 million people in rural. This project is building the capacity of youth through civic participation workshops, international networking, and training to continue education within their own communities.
